Registered massage therapists are trained to assess and treat acute and chronic conditions of the body including managing stress, injury, and pain. They utilize various techniques to help reduce inflammation, increase blood and lymph circulation, reduce tension and tightness in muscles, improve training and performance, and provide a means of relaxation for the body and mind.


Counselling / Psychology / Mental Health

A Licensed Counselling Therapist is able to provide psychotherapy services. To become a licensed counselling therapist in New Brunswick, a person must have a Masters level degree in counselling psychology or related field, and go through the licensing process, involving clinical supervision hours with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick.

Allyson joins us with a myriad of experience in treating women’s health conditions including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy related pain, pain with intercourse and pelvic pain conditions including endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, and painful periods.

She has a passion for treating women of all ages, especially pregnant and post-partum women experiencing pain and pelvic floor issues, those wanting to prepare their bodies for birth, or return to high impact exercise and sport post-baby.

Brenda offers Christian counsel to those who would desire it; but it is not required and is only offered upon request.
